Cancellation and Suspension. 8.1 Any request for cancellation or suspension of your Membership must be made in writing to the General Manager of the Club and shall only be deemed to be received when delivered personally by you, delivered by recorded delivery, sent by email with a corresponding “read receipt”, or otherwise acknowledged in writing by the General Manager.
