Cancellation at Expiration of Term. At the acceleration, termination or expiration of the term of this Agreement and following full payment of the Bonds or provision for payment thereof and of all other fees and charges having been made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Indenture, the Issuer shall deliver to the Borrower any documents and take or cause the Trustee to take such actions as may be necessary to effectuate the cancellation and evidence the termination of this Agreement.
