Common use of Cancellation by Exhibitor Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Exhibitor. If the EXHIBITOR notifies JUMP$TART in writing by October 5, 2018, that it will not occupy the exhibit space stated herein, all fees paid by the EXHBITOR will be refunded. No refund of any fees will be made if such notice is received after October 5, 2018.

Cancellation by Exhibitor. If the EXHIBITOR notifies JUMP$TART in writing by October 54, 20182021, that it will not occupy the exhibit space stated herein, all fees registration paid by the EXHBITOR EXHBITOR, less expenses as set forth in Section 17, will be refunded. No refund of any fees will be made if such notice is received after October 54, 20182021. Notice must be RECEIVED by JUMP$TART by this date for the cancellation to be considered valid.

Cancellation by Exhibitor. If the EXHIBITOR notifies JUMP$TART in writing by October 59, 20182020, that it will not occupy the exhibit space stated herein, all fees paid by the EXHBITOR will be refunded. No refund of any fees will be made if such notice is received after October 59, 20182020.

Cancellation by Exhibitor. If the EXHIBITOR notifies JUMP$TART in writing by October 54, 20182024, that it will not occupy the exhibit space stated herein, all fees paid by the EXHBITOR will be refunded. No refund of any fees will be made if such notice is received after October 54, 20182024.
