Common use of Cancellation by Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Cancellation by Purchaser. The Purchaser(s) shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act: Provided that where the Purchaser(s) proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project without any fault of the Developer, the Developer herein is entitled to forfeit the booking amount paid for the allotment. The balance amount of money paid by the Purchaser(s) shall be returned by the Developer to the Purchaser(s) within forty-five days of such cancellation.

Cancellation by Purchaser. The Purchaser(s) Purchaser shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his his/her/their/its allotment in the Project as provided in the Act: Provided that where the Purchaser(s) Purchaser proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project project without any fault of the Developer, the Developer herein is entitled to forfeit the booking amount paid for the allotment. The balance amount of money paid by the Purchaser(s) Purchaser shall be returned by the Developer to the Purchaser(s) Purchaser within 45 (forty-five five) days of such cancellation.

Cancellation by Purchaser. The Purchaser(s) Purchaser shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act: Provided that where the Purchaser(s) Purchaser proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project project without any fault of the DeveloperSeller, the Developer Seller herein is entitled to forfeit the booking amount paid for the allotment15% of total price. The balance amount of money paid by the Purchaser(s) Purchaser shall be returned by the Developer Seller to the Purchaser(s) Purchaser within forty-five 45 days of such cancellation. In so far cancellation of allotment the purchaser have to submit their request before the seller and on execution of deed of cancellation of agreement said cancellation.

Cancellation by Purchaser. The Purchaser(s) Purchaser shall have the right to cancel/withdraw his allotment in the Project as provided in the Act: Provided that where the Purchaser(s) Purchaser proposes to cancel/withdraw from the Project project without any fault of the Vendor/Developer, the Vendor/Developer herein is entitled to forfeit 5% of the booking total consideration amount paid for the allotmentof apartment. The balance amount of money paid by the Purchaser(s) Purchaser shall be returned by the Vendor/Developer to the Purchaser(s) Purchaser within forty-five days 6 months of such cancellation and any due receivable shall be payable by the Purchaser on cancellation.

The balance amount of money paid by the Purchaser(s) Purchaser shall be returned by the Developer Promoter to the Purchaser(sPurchaser within 45 (forty five) within forty-five days of such cancellation.
