Common use of Cancellation; Change Clause in Contracts

Cancellation; Change. provide that the Insurances will continue unaltered for the benefit of the additional assureds for at least thirty (30) days after written notice by registered mail or telex of any cancellation, change, event of non-payment of premium or installment thereof has been sent to Sublessor, except in the case of war risks for which 7 days or such lesser period as is or may be customarily available in respect of war risks or allied perils will be given and that notice shall be deemed to commence from the date such notice is given by the insurers and that such notice will not be given at the normal expiry date of the policy or any endorsement;
