Cancellation; Commitment Reductions. The Borrowers may at any time cancel undrawn amounts of the Credit Facilities without premium or penalty, in minimum amounts of $1,000,000 and in multiples of $500,000 subject to giving the Administrative Agent five (5) Business Days prior written notice substantially in the form attached as Schedule 5.8. Amounts cancelled will not be reinstated.
