Cancellation in the event of bankruptcy etc. The Purchaser may, unless otherwise is determined by invariable law, cancel the Framework Agreement with immediate effect if any of the following occur in relation to the Contractor's operations; debt settlement proceedings are initiated, voluntary debt settlement is agreed, bankruptcy or any other form of creditor control are initiated, or if the Contractor's operations are liquidated, discontinued or are in any similar process pursuant to applicable law.
