Common use of Cancellation of 2007 Series A Bonds Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of 2007 Series A Bonds. The cancellation by the Bond Registrar of any 2007 Series A Bond or Bonds purchased by the Company and delivered to the Bond Registrar for cancellation or of any 2007 Series A Bond or Bonds redeemed or purchased by the Issuer through funds other than funds received as Loan payments hereunder shall constitute a Loan repayment equal to the principal amount of the 2007 Series A Bond or Bonds so cancelled.
