Cancellation of a Demand Registration. Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities which are to be registered in a particular offering pursuant to this Section 3 (other than an Initial Public Offering) shall have the right to notify the Corporation that they have determined that the registration statement be abandoned or withdrawn, in which event the Corporation shall abandon or withdraw such registration statement. In the event of the Initial Public Offering, the Sponsor Investor Shareholder shall have the right to notify the Corporation that it has determined that the registration statement be abandoned or withdrawn, in which event the Corporation shall abandon or withdraw such registration statement.
