Cancellation of a Demand Registration. The Holder, in connection with an offering pursuant to this Section 3, shall have the right to notify the Company that it has determined that the Registration Statement filed in connection with such offering be abandoned or withdrawn, in which event the Company shall abandon or withdraw such Registration Statement. In such case, the Holder shall be entitled to an additional Demand Registration in lieu thereof.
