Common use of Cancellation of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Bonds. All Bonds which shall have been surrendered to the Paying Agent or any Co-Paying Agent for payment or redemption, and all Bonds which shall have been surrendered to the Registrar for exchange or registration of transfer, shall be delivered to the Trustee for cancellation. All Bonds delivered to or acquired by the Trustee for cancellation shall be canceled and destroyed by the Trustee. The Trustee shall furnish to the Pollution Control Corporation, the Paying Agent, the Registrar and the Company counterparts of certificates evidencing such cancellation and destruction and specifying such Bonds by number.
