Common use of Cancellation of Certificate Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Certificate. Upon completion of the Distribution of the assets of the Company as provided in Section 13.03(c) hereof, the Company shall be terminated and the Liquidator shall cause the cancellation of the Certificate of Formation in the State of Delaware and of all qualifications and registrations of the Company as a foreign limited liability company in jurisdictions other than the State of Delaware and shall take such other actions as may be necessary to terminate the Company.

Cancellation of Certificate.
