Cancellation of Class A Common Stock and Units. At any time a share of Class A Common Stock is redeemed, repurchased, acquired, cancelled or terminated by the General Partner, one (1) Class A Unit registered in the name of the General Partner will automatically be cancelled for no consideration by the Partnership so that the number of Class A Units held by the General Partner at all times equals the number of shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding.
