Common use of Cancellation of Debt Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Debt Warrant Certificates. In the event that the Company shall purchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any Debt Warrants after the issuance thereof, the Debt Warrant Certificate or Certificates evidencing such Debt Warrants shall thereupon be delivered to the Debt Warrant Agent and be cancelled by it.
