Cancellation of Definitive Notes. The Issuer may from time to time deliver to the Principal Paying Agent Definitive Notes relating thereto which it has purchased or redeemed pursuant to Condition 7 (Redemption) for cancellation, whereupon the Principal Paying Agent shall cancel such Definitive Notes.
