Common use of Cancellation of Funding Notices Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Funding Notices. Prior to an Exchange Listing, if the Investment Manager, in its sole discretion, deems it advisable, it may proportionately reduce the amount of, or cancel, the amount of Capital Contributions required to be made to the Fund in any Funding Notice by giving notice to each Member, and any amount not so contributed shall not be deducted from the Members’ Remaining Capital Commitments.
