Cancellation of Indebtedness Owed. Terra Industries --------------------------------- will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, cancel any claim or Indebtedness owed to it except (i) in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice, (ii) Investments permitted by Section 8.3(d), or (iii) in an aggregate amount not exceeding $1,000,000.
