CANCELLATION OF LICENSE. Notwithstanding any other section in this Agreement to the contrary, if Customer fails to comply with any of the material terms and conditions of this Agreement with respect to the Use of Licensed Materials, and such failure is not corrected within thirty (30) days of receipt of written notice thereof by Customer, Seller, upon written notice to Customer, may cancel any affected license for Licensed Materials without further notification.
