Common use of Cancellation of Notes Held by the Issuer or the Transferor Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Notes Held by the Issuer or the Transferor. If the Issuer, the Transferor or any of their Affiliates holds any Notes, that Holder may, subject to any provisions of a related Indenture Supplement limiting the repayment of such Notes, by notice from that Holder to the Indenture Trustee cause the Notes to be repaid and canceled, whereupon the Notes will no longer be Outstanding.
