Common use of Cancellation of Notes Held by the Issuer Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Notes Held by the Issuer. the Depositor or the Receivables Seller. If the Issuer, the Receivables Seller, the Depositor or any of their respective Affiliates holds any Notes, that Holder may, by notice from that Holder to the Indenture Trustee, cause the Notes to be repaid and canceled, whereupon the Notes will no longer be Outstanding.
