Cancellation of Pass Through Certificates; Destruction Thereof. All Pass Through Certificates surrendered for payment, redemption, registration of transfer or exchange, if surrendered to any agent of the Pass Through Trustee, shall be delivered to the Pass Through Trustee for cancellation or, if surrendered to the Pass Through Trustee, shall be cancelled by it; and no Pass Through Certificates shall be issued in lieu thereof except as expressly permitted by any of the provisions of this Pass Through Agreement or the applicable Series Supplement. The Pass Through Trustee shall destroy cancelled Pass Through Certificates held by it.
