Common use of Cancellation of Preference Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Preference Warrant Certificates. In the event the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire Preference Warrants, the Preference Warrant Certificates evidencing such Preference Warrants may thereupon be delivered to the Preference Warrant Agent, and if so delivered, shall at the Company's written instruction be canceled by it and retired. The Preference Warrant Agent shall cancel all Preference Warrant Certificates properly surrendered for exchange, substitution, transfer or exercise. Upon the Company's written request, the Preference Warrant Agent shall deliver such canceled Preference Warrant Certificates to the Company.
