Common use of Cancellation of Prior Agreement Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Prior Agreement. Effective as of the Effective Date, the Change in Control Agreement by and between the Company and the Executive, dated as of February 22, 2018, and as may be amended through the Effective Date, shall terminate and be of no further force and effect, and Executive shall have no further rights thereunder.
