Common use of Cancellation of Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Prior Agreements. When this Agreement becomes effective pursuant to Article 9 of this Agreement, this Agreement shall supersede in its entirety the 2017 Agreement, with all subsequent modifications and amendments, and other agreements as appropriate.
