Common use of Cancellation of Subordinate Secured Notes Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Subordinate Secured Notes. Subject to the provisions of Sections 5.2 and 5.3 as to Subordinate Secured Notes purchased in part, all Subordinate Secured Notes redeemed or purchased in whole or in part by the Corporation shall not be reissued or resold and shall be forthwith delivered to and cancelled by the Trustee, and no Subordinate Secured Notes shall be issued in substitution therefor.
