Common use of CANCELLATION OF SURRENDERED PURCHASE WARRANTS Clause in Contracts

CANCELLATION OF SURRENDERED PURCHASE WARRANTS. All Warrant Certificates surrendered at the Warrant Agency pursuant to sections 2.7, 2.8, 3.2, 3.4 or 5.1 shall be returned to the Trustee for cancellation and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, destroyed by the Trustee. Upon written request by the Corporation, the Trustee shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so destroyed and the number of Purchase Warrants evidenced thereby.
