Common use of Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Surrendered Special Warrants. All Special Warrant Certificates surrendered will be returned to the Special Warrant Agent for cancellation and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by Applicable Legislation, and in accordance with the Special Warrant Agent’s ordinary business practice, destroyed by the Special Warrant Agent. Upon the request of the Company, the Special Warrant Agent will furnish to the Company a destruction certificate identifying the Special Warrant Certificates so destroyed and the number of Special Warrants, evidenced thereby, the number of Units issued pursuant to such Special Warrants and the details of any Special Warrant Certificates issued in substitution or exchange for such Special Warrant Certificates destroyed.
