Common use of Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.4, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 or 6.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished to the Corporation a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificate.

Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.42.8, 3.1, 3.2, or 4.1 or 6.1 shall will be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required requested by the CorporationCorporation in writing, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished will furnish to the Corporation a cancellation certificate identifying each Warrant Certificate so cancelled, the Warrant Certificates so cancelled number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased Shares, if any, issued pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatesuch Warrants.

Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.42.10, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 or 6.1 shall 4.7(3) will be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required requested by the CorporationCorporation in writing, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished will furnish to the Corporation a cancellation certificate identifying each Warrant Certificate so cancelled, the Warrant Certificates so cancelled number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased Shares, if any, issued pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatesuch Warrants.

All Warrant Certificates surrendered or deemed to be surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.4sections 2.9, 3.12.10, 3.22.12, 4.1 3.1 or 6.1 5.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, destroyed by the Warrant Agent. Upon request by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled destroyed and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant to each cancelled Warrant CertificateWarrants evidenced thereby.

All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.42.8, 2.9, 2.10, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 or 6.1 3.3 and 5.1 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, destroyed by the Warrant Agent and, upon written request by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled destroyed, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatethereto.

Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.42.9, 3.12.10, 3.22.11, 4.1 or 6.1 3.1 and 3.3 shall be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by Applicable Legislation, destroyed by the Warrant Agent and, upon written request by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled destroyed, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatethereto.

Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.4Section 2.08, 3.12.09, 3.23.01, 4.1 3.02 or 6.1 shall 4.01 will be cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required requested by the CorporationCorporation in writing, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished will furnish to the Corporation a cancellation certificate identifying each Warrant Certificate so cancelled, the Warrant Certificates so cancelled number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased Shares, if any, issued pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatesuch Warrants.

Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered pursuant to Sections 2.8, 2.9, 2.11, 3.1, 3.3 and 5.1 shall be returned to the Warrant Agent pursuant to Sections 2.4for cancellation and, 3.1after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law or required by the policies of the Warrant Agent, 3.2, 4.1 or 6.1 shall be cancelled destroyed by the Warrant Agent and, if required by Agent. Upon the request of the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled destroyed and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant to each cancelled Warrant CertificateWarrants evidenced thereby.

Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant to subsection 2.9(a) and Sections 2.42.10, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 or 6.1 3.2 and 5.1 shall be retained by the Warrant Agent for cancellation and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, perforated and marked cancelled by the Warrant Agent and, if required in accordance with its standard practices. Upon written request by the Corporation, the Warrant Agent shall, upon receipt of a written request from the Corporation, cause to be furnished shall furnish to the Corporation a certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatecancelled.
