Cancellation of Surrendered Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Trustee pursuant to Sections 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 3.1, 3.3, and 5.1 shall be cancelled by the Trustee and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, destroyed by the Trustee and, upon written request by the Corporation, the Trustee shall furnish to the Corporation a destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so destroyed, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares which could have been purchased pursuant thereto.
