Common use of Cancellation of the Global Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of the Global Warrant Certificates. Any Global Warrant Certificate shall be promptly cancelled by the Warrant Agent upon the earlier of (i) the Expiration Date, (ii) the mutilation of the Global Warrant Certificate as described in Section 5.02, or (iii) registration of Transfer or exercise of all Warrants represented thereby and, except as provided in this Article 2 in case of a Transfer or Section 5.02 in case of mutilation, no Global Warrant Certificate shall be issued hereunder in lieu thereof.

Cancellation of the Global Warrant Certificates. Any Series A Global Warrant Certificate shall be promptly cancelled by the Warrant Agent upon the earlier of (i) the Expiration Date, (ii) the mutilation of the Series A Global Warrant Certificate as described in Section 5.02, or (iii) registration of Transfer or exercise of all Series A Warrants represented thereby and, except as provided in this Article 2 in case of a Transfer or Section 5.02 in case of mutilation, no Series A Global Warrant Certificate shall be issued hereunder in lieu thereof.
