Common use of Cancellation of Treasury Shares and Shares Owned by Parent and Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Treasury Shares and Shares Owned by Parent and Subsidiaries. All common shares of the Company (“Company Common Shares”) that are owned by the Company as treasury shares and any Company Common Shares owned by Parent, Sub or any other wholly-owned Subsidiary of Parent shall be cancelled and retired and shall cease to exist and no stock of Parent or other consideration shall be delivered in exchange therefor.

Cancellation of Treasury Shares and Shares Owned by Parent and Subsidiaries. All common shares shares, without par value, of the Company (“"Company Common Shares”") that are owned by the Company as treasury shares and any Company Common Shares owned by Parent, Sub or any other wholly-owned Subsidiary (as defined in Section 9.11) of Parent shall be cancelled canceled and retired and shall cease to exist and no stock of Parent or other consideration shall be delivered in exchange therefor.
