Common use of Cancellation of Warrant Certificate Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrant Certificate. At such time as all beneficial interests in Warrant Certificates have been exchanged for Common Stock in accordance herewith, redeemed, repurchased or cancelled, all Warrant Certificates shall be returned to, or cancelled and retained pursuant to applicable law by, the Warrant Agent, upon written instructions from the Company reasonably satisfactory to the Warrant Agent.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificate. At such time as all beneficial interests in Warrant Certificates have either been exchanged for Common Stock in accordance herewithBook-Entry Warrants, or been redeemed, repurchased repurchased,cancelled or cancelledexercised, all Warrant Certificates shall be returned to, or retained and cancelled and retained pursuant to applicable law by, the Warrant Agent, upon written instructions from the Company reasonably satisfactory to the Warrant Agent, subject to applicable law.
