Common use of Cancellation of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. Any Warrant Certificate surrendered upon the exercise of Warrants or for exchange or transfer, or purchased or otherwise acquired by the Company, shall be cancelled and shall not be reissued by the Company; and, except as provided in Section 1 with respect to the exercise of less than all of the Warrants evidenced by a Warrant Certificate or in Section 5 with respect to an exchange or transfer, no Warrant Certificate shall be issued hereunder in lieu of such cancelled Warrant Certificate. Any Warrant Certificate so cancelled shall be destroyed by the Company.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. Any Warrant Certificate surrendered upon the for exchange, registration of transfer or transfer or exercise of the Warrants or for exchange or transfer, or purchased or otherwise acquired by evidenced thereby shall be surrendered to the Company, and all Warrant Certificates surrendered and so delivered to the Company shall be promptly cancelled by the Company and shall not be reissued by the Company; and, except as provided in Section 1 with respect to the exercise of less than all of the Warrants evidenced expressly permitted by a Warrant Certificate or in Section 5 with respect to an exchange or transferthis Agreement, no Warrant Certificate shall be issued hereunder in exchange or in lieu of such cancelled Warrant Certificate. Any Warrant Certificate so cancelled shall be destroyed by the Companythereof.

Any Warrant Certificate so cancelled shall be destroyed by the Company.
