Common use of Cancellation of Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. If the Company shall purchase or acquire any Warrant or Warrants, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and canceled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall also cancel Common Stock following exercise of any or all of the Warrants represented thereby or delivered to it for transfer, split-up, combination or exchange.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. If the Company shall purchase or acquire any Warrant or Warrants, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and canceled cancelled by it and retired. If the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire any Warrant or Warrants, then the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same shall such Warrants may thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent Agent, and if so delivered, shall at the Company's written instruction be canceled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall also cancel Common Stock following exercise of any all Warrant Certificates properly surrendered for exchange, substitution, transfer or all of exercise. Upon the Warrants represented thereby or delivered Company's written request, the Warrant Agent shall deliver such canceled Warrant Certificates to it for transfer, split-up, combination or exchangethe Company.

Cancellation of Warrant Certificates. If the Company shall purchase or acquire any Warrant or Warrants, the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates evidencing the same same, by redemption or otherwise, shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and canceled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent Company shall also cancel Common Stock the Warrant Certificate or Warrant Certificates following exercise of any or all of the Warrants represented thereby or delivered to it for transfer, split-split up, combination or exchange.
