Cancellation of Warrant. This Warrant shall be canceled upon its exercise and the Holder shall be entitled to receive, as soon as practicable after the Exercise Date, a new Warrant or Warrants (containing terms identical to this Warrant) representing any unexercised portion of this Warrant.

If this Warrant is not Exercised in full, then as soon as practical after the Date of Exercise, the Holder shall be entitled to receive, as soon as practicable after the Exercise Date, receive a new Warrant or Warrants (containing terms identical to this Warrant) representing any the unexercised portion of this WarrantWarrant (in addition to the shares of Common Stock issuable upon such Exercise); provided, however, as set forth in Section 2(b), the Holder shall not be required to physically surrender this Warrant if the Warrant is not Exercised in full.
