Common use of Cancellation of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrants. The Warrant Agent shall cancel all Warrant Certificates surrendered for exchange, substitution or transfer in whole or in part. Such cancelled Warrant Certificates shall thereafter be disposed of by the Warrant Agent upon written instructions from the Company reasonably satisfactory to the Warrant Agent and such Direct Registration Warrants shall be canceled by appropriate notation on the Warrant Register.

Cancellation of Warrants. If the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire Warrants, the Warrant Certificates representing such Warrants shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and be cancelled by it and retired. Such cancelled canceled Warrant Certificates shall thereafter then be disposed of by the Warrant Agent upon written instructions from in its customary manner. The Warrant Agent shall account to the Company reasonably satisfactory promptly with respect to Warrants exercised and concurrently pay to the Company all monies received by the Warrant Agent and such Direct Registration Warrants shall be canceled by appropriate notation on for the purchase of the Warrant RegisterShares through the exercise of such Warrants.

Cancellation of Warrants. In the event the Company shall purchase or otherwise acquire Warrants from Holders, the related Warrant certificates shall thereupon be delivered to the Warrant Agent and be canceled by it and retired. The Warrant Agent shall cancel all any Warrant Certificates certificate surrendered by Holders for exchange, substitution substitution, transfer or transfer exercise in whole or in part. Such cancelled Warrant Certificates shall thereafter be disposed of by the Warrant Agent upon written instructions from the Company reasonably satisfactory to the Warrant Agent and such Direct Registration Warrants shall be canceled by appropriate notation on the Warrant Register.
