Common use of Cancellation of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Cancellation of Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant hereto (including those exercised and surrendered under Section 3.2 or Section 3.5) shall be cancelled and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, cancelled by the Warrant Agent, and the Warrant Agent shall furnish the Corporation on request with a cancellation certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Shares which could have been or were acquired pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificate.

Cancellation of Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant hereto (including those exercised and surrendered under Section 3.2 or Section 3.53.5 or surrendered for transfer pursuant to Section 2.9) shall be cancelled and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, cancelled by the Warrant Agent, and the Warrant Agent shall furnish the Corporation on request with a cancellation certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled, cancelled and the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Shares which could have been or were acquired pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatethereby.

All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant hereto (including those exercised and surrendered under Section 3.2 4.2 or Section 3.54.5 or surrendered for transfer pursuant to Section 2.9) shall be cancelled and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, cancelled by the Warrant Agent, and the Warrant Agent shall furnish the Corporation on request with a cancellation certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled, cancelled and the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Shares which could have been or were acquired pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatethereby.

All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant hereto (including those exercised and surrendered under Section Subsection 3.2 or Section 3.5, as applicable) shall be cancelled and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, cancelled destroyed by the Warrant Agent, and the Warrant Agent shall furnish the Corporation on request with a cancellation destruction certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelleddestroyed, the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Common Shares which could have been or were acquired pursuant to each cancelled destroyed Warrant Certificate.

Cancellation of Warrants. All Warrant Certificates surrendered to the Warrant Agent pursuant hereto (including those exercised and surrendered under Section 3.2 or Section 3.53.5 or surrendered pursuant to Section 2.9 or 2.12) shall be cancelled and, after the expiry of any period of retention prescribed by law, cancelled by the Warrant Agent, and the Warrant Agent shall furnish the Corporation on request with a cancellation certificate identifying the Warrant Certificates so cancelled, cancelled and the number of Warrants evidenced thereby and the number of Shares which could have been or were acquired pursuant to each cancelled Warrant Certificatethereby.
