Common use of Cancellation or Adjustment of Global Note Clause in Contracts

Cancellation or Adjustment of Global Note. At such time as all beneficial interests in a particular Global Note have been exchanged for definitive notes in certificated form or a particular Global Note has been redeemed, repurchased or canceled in whole and not in part, each such Global Note shall be returned to or retained and canceled by the Trustee in accordance with Section 3.9 of the Indenture.

Cancellation or Adjustment of Global Note. At such time as all beneficial interests in a particular Global Note have either been exchanged for definitive notes in certificated form or a particular Global Note has been Notes, redeemed, repurchased purchased or canceled in whole and not in partcanceled, each such Global Note shall be returned to or retained and canceled by the Trustee Trustee. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in accordance with Section 3.9 a Global Note is exchanged for certificated Notes, redeemed, purchased or canceled, the principal amount of Notes represented by such Global Note shall be reduced and an adjustment shall be made on the books and records of the IndentureSecurities Custodian with respect to such Global Note.
