Common use of Cancellation or Adjustment of Global Warrant Clause in Contracts

Cancellation or Adjustment of Global Warrant. At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Warrant have either been exchanged for Definitive Warrants, transferred, redeemed, repurchased, canceled or exercised such Global Warrant shall be returned by the Depositary to the Warrant Agent for cancellation or retained and canceled by the Warrant Agent. At any time prior to such cancellation, if any beneficial interest in a Global Warrant is exchanged for Definitive Warrants, transferred in exchange for an interest in another Global Warrant, redeemed, repurchased, canceled or exercised the number of Warrants represented by such Global Warrant shall be reduced and an adjustment shall be made on the books and records of the Warrant Agent (if it is then the Warrant Custodian for such Global Warrant) with respect to such Global Warrant, by the Warrant Agent or the Warrant Custodian, to reflect such reduction.
