Common use of CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT Clause in Contracts

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT. IFTC shall use reasonable efforts to act on all authorized requests to cancel or amend payment orders received in compliance with the selected Security Procedures provided that such requests are received in sufficient time to afford IFTC a reasonable opportunity to act prior to executing the payment order. However, IFTC assumes no liability if the request for amendment or cancellation cannot be satisfied by IFTC's reasonable efforts.
