Common use of Cancellation or Destruction of Redeemed Bonds Clause in Contracts

Cancellation or Destruction of Redeemed Bonds. All Bonds so redeemed (or purchased as authorized by Section 3.07 hereof) shall be canceled and delivered to the Authority, or destroyed as provided in Section 2.02 hereof. Bonds so redeemed or purchased shall not be reissued, nor shall any Bonds be issued in lieu thereof.
