Cancellation or Modification of Standing Instruction Payment Orders. The Lender may cancel or modify a Payment Order by providing written notice to the Agent in such form as the Agent shall require. But, the Agent shall have no liability for its failure to act on a cancellation or modification instruction unless the Agent has received such instruction at a time and in a manner affording the Agent reasonable opportunity to act prior to the Agent’s execution of the Payment Order.
