Common use of Cancellation or Postponement of Event Clause in Contracts

It is mutually agreed that, in the event that the Event is canceled for any reason, then and thereupon this Contract will be automatically be terminated and IAAPA management will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all of the exhibit fees, after due consideration

It is mutually agreed that, in the event that the Event is canceled for any reason, then and thereupon this Contract Agreement will be automatically be terminated cancelled and IAAPA management will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion portion, or all of the exhibit feesfees paid by Sponsor/Exhibitor under this Agreement, after due considerationconsideration of expenditures and commitments already made. IAAPA may postpone the Event for any reason, and Sponsor/Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that in such an event, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the new Event dates.
