Cancellation Penalties Sample Clauses

Cancellation Penalties. Residents who fail to submit written notification of contract cancellation on or before the stated Cancellation Deadlines (section V.C) will incur the following penalties:
Cancellation Penalties. For classes that fail to happen as scheduled, without notice or with less than 14 day notice, Contractor will be charged a penalty of 50% of the cost of the session. Notice given after 5:00 p.m. on any business day or on a weekend will be considered given at 8:00 a.m. on the next business day.
Cancellation Penalties. A. A cancellation penalty will apply if the contract is canceled after the due dates listed under CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE CONTRACT, Section VII. B. If the student is dismissed from the residence halls for disciplinary reasons, the student will not automatically be released from the financial obligation of this contract. The student may appeal for release from the Housing Contract as outlined under STUDENT APPEALS OF THE HOUSING CONTRACT, Section VII.
Cancellation Penalties. The County reserves the right to cancel scheduled training at least ten (10) business days (not including County holidays), prior to the event and not be charged by the Provider for the course or training materials. Xxxxxxxxx imposed on Provider: 1) If the Provider provides a training professional that demonstrates a lack of subject matter expertise or proper orientation to County processes to such degree that the educational goals of a particular course were not or could not be met, the County may impose a penalty of up to 50% of the session cost of that course or require the course be repeated with a different instructor at no additional cost to the County.
