Cancellation Period. The Cancellation Period is 14 days starting the day after the date of this contract and at the end of that time it will expire;
Cancellation Period. 2.4.1. You have the right to cancel this Agreement, your Account or registration for any Vehicle Plan at any time within 14 days beginning on the day after the contract is formed under clause 2.1.1 or, an Account being opened and/or a vehicle being registered for a Vehicle Plan under Clause 2.3.1 (the "Cancellation Period"). If you wish to cancel, you simply need to tell us. You can tell us by phone on 00000 000000 , by writing to Merseyflow, XX Xxx 000, Xxxxxxx, XX0 0XX, or by using the cancellation form which you can find at the Website at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx or in your Welcome Pack.
2.4.2. If you cancel within the Cancellation Period:
2.4.2.1. we will not charge you for cancelling this Agreement, the Account and/or a Vehicle Plan;
2.4.2.2. we will repay to you all money you have paid to us in respect of such Account opening and/or Vehicle Plan, except for any money that has already been deducted (or that is due to be deducted) from your Account to pay for Tolls incurred by vehicles registered to your Account during the Cancellation Period or any money that you have credited to your Account which is not related to the Vehicle Plan you have cancelled. We will provide the refund within 14 days beginning on the day after you told us you want to cancel, using the same method you paid with; and
2.4.2.3. Crossings during the Cancellation Period will incur Tolls which do not include any Discount associated with registering for an Account (where an Account has been cancelled) and/or the Vehicle Plan which has been cancelled.
2.4.3. Any termination of this Agreement after the Cancellation Period can be done only as specified under clause 2.11.

Cancellation Period. R Member or Xxx’s may cancel this Agreement by giving notice to the other party at least 30 days before the Anniversary Date.
Cancellation Period. You may revoke this Agreement at any time within seven (7) days after signing it by providing written notice of cancellation by hand delivery or registered mail addressed to: Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Vice President, Human Resources at Momentive Performance Materials, Inc., 00 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx., Albany, NY 12211. For the revocation to be effective, the Company must receive written notice no later than the close of business on the seventh day after you sign this Agreement. If you cancel, the Company owes you nothing under this Agreement. This Agreement will not become effective and enforceable until the seven (7) day cancellation period ends.
Cancellation Period. 4.1 You may cancel this Auto Pay As You Go service at any time online at xxx.xxx.xx/xxxxxxxxxx or by phone on 0000 000 0000, giving us 30 days' notice.
Cancellation Period. 9.1 The Customer may within 7 days of the date of the Customer signing the Quotation for the provision of Services cancel such Services by sending written notice of cancellation by recorded delivery post to Virtual Cabinet.
9.2 Provided that such written notice is received by Virtual Cabinet within the stated period of 7 days, then the Customer shall be under no further obligation to Virtual Cabinet in respect of the Services and any Charges paid by the Customer to Virtual Cabinet in respect of the Services not provided up to the date of the cancellation will be refunded.
Cancellation Period. Client must accept all cancellations from Cardholders using its Service Hotel Reservation Service. Client in its cancellation policy may specify that may charge the Cardholder for one night's accommodation or that may only retain those amounts deposited in advance if the Cardholder has not cancelled its reservation within the time limits specified in that policy as relating to a cancellation with no penalties.
Cancellation Period. Owner may cancel this agreement, for any reason, within thirty (30) days of the commencement date. Broker may cancel this agreement with a thirty (30) day written notice to Owner.
Cancellation Period. The period described on the cover page of this Contract during which the Owner may return the Contract for a refund.
