Your rights to end the contract. You may end this contract at any time by notice in writing to the School if:
14.2.1 you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong; or
14.2.2 the School becomes insolvent or goes into liquidation or receivership or administrative receivership or is wound-up for any reason.
Your rights to end the contract. 11.1 You can always end your contract with Us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have booked, whether there is anything wrong, how We are performing and when you decide to end the contract:
11.1.1 If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get a service re-performed or to get some or all of your money back), see clause 11;
11.1.2 If you want to end the contract because of something We have done or have told you We are going to do; or
11.1.3 If you have just changed your mind. You may be able to get a refund if you are within the cooling-off period and purchased the item online or over the telephone, but this may be subject to deductions.
11.2 Ending the contract because of something We have done or are going to do. If you are ending the contract for a valid reason, the contract will end immediately and We will refund you in full for any Seminars which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. Valid reasons are:
11.2.1 We have told you about an upcoming change under clause 6.2 which you do not agree to;
11.2.2 We have told you about an error in the price or description of the Seminar and you do not wish to proceed;
11.2.3 there is a risk that supply of the Seminar or any Product(s) may be significantly delayed because of events outside Our control; or
11.2.4 you have a legal right to end the contract because of something We have done wrong.
11.3 Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought online or over the telephone you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in these terms.
11.4 When you don’t have the right to change your mind. You do not have a right to change your mind in respect of:
Your rights to end the contract. 3.1. Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You have the right to cancel your contract with us during the “Cancellation Period” without giving us any reason.
Your rights to end the contract. 9.1 Ending the contract because of something we have done or are going to do. If you are ending a contract for a reason set out below the contract will end immediately. The reasons are:
(a) there is a risk that supply of the Services may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
(b) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong;
(c) you have the legal right to end the contract because of provisions in the Niche Agreement.
9.2 Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Where you are a consumer, or where you have applied for our Services online or away from our trade premises, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail below.
9.3 How long do I have to change my mind? You have 14 days after the day that the Niche Agreement has been signed by both parties to change your mind.
9.4 How we will refund you. Where we are required to refund you, we will do so using bank transfer. However, we may make deductions from the amount. Deductions may include charges to cover costs incurred by us, for example, making of the niche cover, fitting of the niche cover and any other reasonable costs.
9.5 When your refund will be made. We will make any refund due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind provided you have supplied us with your bank details.
Your rights to end the contract. (i) Ending before delivery and/or payment: You may contact us to end your contract for the Vehicle at any time before we have delivered it and you have paid for it, but in some circumstances we may charge you reasonable compensation for doing this, as described below. Of course, you always have rights where a product is faulty or mis-described; (ii) Good reasons for ending the contract: The contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for the Vehicle which has not been delivered or has not been provided properly if: (a) we have told you about an upcoming change to the Vehicle which you do not agree to; (b) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the Vehicle that you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed (see clause 4); (c) there is a risk that supply of the Vehicle may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control (see clause 5); (d) we have suspended supply of the Vehicle for technical reasons, or we notify you that we are going to suspend it for technical reasons; or (e) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong; (iii) Off trade premises purchases only: Your right to change your mind: If you have entered this contract without any face to face contact between us or anyone acting on our respective behalves or it has been completed off- trade premises, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the Vehicle is delivered to you

(b) the Foundation becomes insolvent or goes into liquidation or receivership or administrative receivership for any reason.

(i) Ending before delivery and/or payment: You may contact us to end your contract for the Vehicle at any time before we have delivered it and you have paid for it, but in some circumstances we may charge you reasonable compensation for doing this, as described below. Of course, you always have rights where a product is faulty or mis-described; (
Your rights to end the contract. 10.1. You can always end your contract with us. Your rights when you end the contract will depend on what you have bought, whether there is anything wrong with it, how we are performing, and when you decide to end the contract:
10.1.1. Time shall not be of the essence to the agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
Your rights to end the contract. 11.1 If you wish to end the contract within 14 days of the date on which the services are due to start, we will not refund any advance payment you have made for such services. This is because we will have allocated time, commitment and resources to the place and it will be difficult for us to fill it with another individual at short notice.

Your rights to end the contract. 11.1 You may end the Booking Contract immediately and we will refund you in full for any Facilities or Services which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation if you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
