Common use of Cancellation Procedures Clause in Contracts

Cancellation Procedures. A. Cancellation of scheduled annual leave should be submitted in writing to the immediate supervisor at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled leave. B. All canceled bids for annual leave shall be posted for bid at the designated facility every Tuesday by noon. Bids shall be accepted until 0800 Thursday of the same week.
