Cancellation Procedures. Accept a cancellation request from a Cardholder provided the cancellation request is made before the specified cancellation time. Provide the Cardholder with a cancellation code and advise the Cardholder to retain it in case of dispute. If requested, provide the Cardholder with written confirmation of the cancellation including the Card’s embossed name, the cancellation code and the details related to the cancelled reservation.
