Cancellations Fees for Check-Outs Prior to or During the First Four Academic Weeks. For cancellation during this time period, where the Resident has checked in and subsequently remains registered for classes at the University, Resident will be charged the full published cost of the Space for that Academic Quarter. A Contract Cancellation Form must be received by the close of business on the Friday of the 4th week of the Academic Quarter and Resident must vacate their assigned Space by the following Sunday. The Resident’s Dining Plan will remain active for the remainder of the current Academic Quarter.
