Cap on DS3 Loops. Hello Depot may obtain on an unbundled basis a maximum of two (2) DS -3 Loops (or two (2) DS-3 equivalents) at any single end user location. Any Loop previously made available to Hello Depot at said end user location above the two (2) Loop cap shall be considered a Nonconforming Facility.
Cap on DS3 Loops. Cypress may obtain on an unbundled basis a maximum of two (2) DS-3 Loops (or two (2) DS-3 equivalents) at any single end user location. Any Loop previously made available to Cypress at said end user location above the two (2) Loop cap shall be considered a Nonconforming Facility.
